This holiday season stay connected to your heart while keeping boundaries and standing in your truth.
We will begin sharing with one another in community.
Tara will lead us with Kundalini Yoga technology, to connect to our inner strength, release stuck childhood emotions and open us up to the unconditional love of the divine.
Charissa will end the workshop with a guided meditation and group healing to stay grounded while standing in your power and protecting yourself during the holidays. Heal the past, be in the moment, live your best life!

Bring a Yoga Mat, Journal and Water. Optional: Blanket and pillow.
Tara MacKeigan brings authentic inquiry to the inner landscape. Her focus is on children, mothers and families. After the unexpected death of her mother she began to ask the deeper questions of life. For years she used writing, photography, yoga, dance and travel to see new perspectives, integrate and heal her own wounds. She completed her Bachelors in Elementary Education and is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Tara has cultivated her own body of transformational offerings. Through one-on-one sessions, group classes and monthly workshops Tara creates a safe space for intuitive witnessing and guidance.
