Daddu, was born and raised in the ancient city of Varanasi, India. His depth of practice comes from years of training and study with yogic monks in Ashrams along the Ganges river.

Daddu's mindful workshop will integrate the art of breathing in action and guide you into a larger range of motion using a deep level of stretching based on anatomy.


This restorative practice will open your meridians—the channels that relax and rejuvenate your nervous system—creating a greater level of connectivity and flow in your body.

Warrior Hatha Yoga with Yogi Victoria Guidi


Victoria Guidi has been a practitioner of yoga for almost 2 decades, is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and currently leads classes at One Dojo.

Victoria's hatha yoga teaching style draws in part from her time as a student with Sofia Diaz, her relationship with Enneagram masters Beatrice Chestnut & Uranio Paes, as well as her own daily life practice.


Warrior Yoga is a heart-centered hatha yoga practice that cuts straight to the core of your being. Bring all parts of your self onto the mat—body, heart, mind, and spirit—and prepare to explore a new sense of union.


We'll come face-to-face with the hardest parts in ourselves, the strongest contractions, the biggest closures. With the wide open and resilient heart of the Warrior, we'll do our deepest work side-by-side, together.
