Daddu, was born and raised in the ancient city of Varanasi, India. His depth of practice comes from years of training and study with yogic monks in Ashrams along the Ganges river.
Daddu's mindful workshop will integrate the art of breathing in action and guide you into a larger range of motion using a deep level of stretching based on anatomy.
This restorative practice will open your meridians—the channels that relax and rejuvenate your nervous system—creating a greater level of connectivity and flow in your body.

Victoria Guidi has been a practitioner of yoga for almost 2 decades, is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and currently leads classes at One Dojo.
Victoria's hatha yoga teaching style draws in part from her time as a student with Sofia Diaz, her relationship with Enneagram masters Beatrice Chestnut & Uranio Paes, as well as her own daily life practice.
