Warrior Yoga is a heart-centered hatha yoga practice that cuts straight to the core of your being. We address layers of body, heart, mind, and spirit, with the knowing that to leave any one of these out is to be in suffering.
We’re training our capacity to meet life with the strength of our wide open heart. In the container of practice, unless there’s sharp pain, we stay in the what-is of our experience.
We come face-to-face with the hardest parts in ourselves, the strongest contractions, the biggest closures. With the wide open and resilient heart of the Warrior, we do our deepest work side-by-side, together.

Hi, I’m Victoria. I’ve been a practitioner of yoga for almost 2 decades and am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Yet my real practice didn’t kick in until I met my teacher, Sofia Diaz. She opened the door for me to real yoga, which lies beyond the shiny veneer of what she calls “marketplace yoga.”
I am also a student of the Enneagram, and currently enrolled in CP Enneagram Academy’s professional certification program, with master teachers Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes (expected graduation December 2022).
My hatha yoga teaching style draws in part from my time as a student with Sofia Diaz, my relationship with Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes and their trailblazing work with the Enneagram, and my own 24/7 personal practice.
