June 18, 2022 • 12:00 pm–5:00 pm • @ One Dojo Boulder, Colorado
This humanitarian seminar is focused on helping Aikido dojos throughout Ukraine. Help keep Aikido alive during these difficult times. Your support of our collaboration will go directly to aid aikido dojos in Ukraine—part of our global Aikido family.
We are thrilled to have Kei Izawa Sensei (7th dan) of Aikikai Tanshinjuku; Edgar Johansson Sensei (5th dan) of Denver Aikikai; Evolene Premillieu Sensei (4th dan), Aikikai Instructor at One Dojo; and Abel Villacorta Sensei (4th dan), host, One Dojo Director & Head Instructor of Boulder Ki Aikido.
Each instructor has a distinct approach and lineage, making for an exciting lineup! Train under great teachers and help accomplish these goals:
Bringing community together —We have a common passion for aikido. By making the event affordable, we encourage aikidoka of all levels and affiliations to train together.
Social good —People who practice aikido are typically socially conscious. This event allows us to come together around this intention. Part of the proceeds from this event will go to support Aikido in Ukraine.
Admission: $25-45 sliding scale
Take part or donate to this humanitarian event which aims to support Aikido, the art of peace, as a way to resolve conflict.
